How best might we know what we have learned?
Knowledge Harvest - Create a Mind Map and make connections between the related concepts of Choice, Sustainability and Resources. Write down each of the words and then try to make connections between them and define what each word means. Party Planner - Plan a party for the end of the unit with the environment and sustainability in mind. What do we know about “zero waste” and being “environmentally friendly.” Where did it come from? Where will it go? - We use products like plastic water bottles, ceramics, juice boxes, etc. every day, but have you ever stopped and thought about where they come from? Also, where do they go and what happens to them when we are done using them? CORI - What do we know about data handling? What does it mean? How do we collect, organise, represent and interpret data? |
